Varicose Vein Consultation
Your consultation visit for varicose veins can be expected take about 45 minutes. At this initial visit Dr. Hansen will
discuss your varicose vein concerns, perform an ultrasound and make his recommendations for your treatment.
It is asked that you bring a pair of loose fitting (preferably athletic/cotton) shorts, as he will be examining your legs
and using the ultrasound to determine a diagnosis.
Spider Vein Consultation
A consultation visit for spider veins usually takes 15-30 minutes. If treatment is desired at the time of the initial visit
it will be longer. Dr. Hansen will discuss your spider vein concerns and make his recommendations for your treatment. In some
cases it is possible to have treatment the same day.
